  1. God wants me to fill up on trust – that I am where I am supposed to be and that He has the plan – and He will take care of those around me who try to put me in emotional chaos. God will open the doors that need opening. I love this – God’s store provides ALL our needs!

  3. More of trusting and courage.
I do trust Him and surrendered everything to His plan and will and through this I find the peace that I need….but the the worry would try to sneak in at times so I needed more 🙂

    All good things.

  4. I love this! It is so easy to forget that God wants to help us, and gives freely of his love. I could use more trust as well. I need to remember that God will provide and that I have no reason to worry…but worry and anxiety seem to follow me around.

  5. Just catching up on my reader this morning – love this post – thank you! Love the idea of visiting God’s store every day; and the Proverbs link. My greatest desire is to make our home a place that reflects God’s love and beauty; and need to add wisdom and revelation to my shopping list!

    Thank you Danise xx

    • Brittnie, I need to add courage to my list too! May our Lord bless you with wisdom, faith, trust and courage to accomplish every good work He has for you!

  6. So which aisle is patience and forgiveness on? maybe the baking aisle, things get all stirred up, then hot for a while….but with the right recipe, everyone will smile over a warm chocolate chip cookie.

    • Julie, Oh No! 🙂 You used the “P” word… patience! Wow. How I need both patience and forgiveness too! I LOVE how you described them both with baking… “Stirred up, hot but with “God” comes joy” Love it! Thanks for sharing! Blessings to you!

  7. My dear daughter, Danise…
You touch the face of our God with your insights and your writing. He holds every good thing ‘in store’ for you. -with so much love and continuing prayers, Mom

  8. Loved the post! I want to go get a huge dose of patience, wisdom & trust. Like a lot of women I want to know what’s in my future and I want it now.

My hubby and I now pray, using Solomon’s example, for wisdom to make right choices.

Just head me down the right aisle for my Godly supplies.

    Great wording & post!

    • Beth, What a great way to pray, wisdom for right choices, we can trust He will always lead us on the right path. The last line of your comment needs to be my prayer, “Please Lord just lead me down the right aisle for all my Godly supplies!” Blessings to you!

  9. Thank you, Danise, for using that Godly shopping list to prepare a satisfying meal for all of us.
It’s encouraging to be reminded that our heavenly Father truly supplies for all our needs. Each and every item, he has already purchased with his blood. All I need do, is ask.

  10. So, so true. Sometimes when I am talking to God, I feel like there is a whole list of things I so desperately need – patience, wisdom, that ability to love others as He does, and so on. And He knows just what we need even more than we do.

    • Amy, It’s always so comforting to me too, knowing that God not only knows what I need but He knows before I do and better than I do. Blessings to you!

  11. What a wonderful post. God sure has already stocked up on a whole lotta wisdom in you. Thank you for sharing it with us. It was very encuraging!!
