  1. I loved reading this post. This month on my blog, I am writing on My October Wishes. Everday I am learning to be more like God, surrounding myself more with Him, and clothing myself with His Fruits of the Spirit…I also have a prayer list on my sunvisior that reminds me to always pray for people and to wait and find joy in God!

  2. Last month was hard for me. Work got busy, family issues, etc. Life got “messy” for me. I felt like I was in a funk sort of–just dragging myself day by day to the next place and going through the motions.

    Boy did I stuff emotions quite a bit, but after a while they would come out like a boiling teapot. Prayer, and lots of it, plus time with my hubby just talking through these emotions has helped me tremendously!

    I memorize Bible verses, but quiet praise and worship music is what really helps calm me down.
