They’re back!
You loved them!
You asked for more!
We loved them, too!
(in)courage Online Community Groups are NOW open for session 2! Can I get a woot! woot! Go ahead, jump up and do your happy dance. We can wait a minute or two!
The truth is, we have been praying and working behind the scenes for months. Our desire was to bring back many of our session 1 groups, but also to expand and give you more options for gathering with online friends. We think you will be excited when you see for yourself what God is doing beyond the blogpost here at (in)courage! We have 24 different life categories with about 50 groups to choose from!
Are you new to (in)courage? Maybe you have no idea what our online community groups are all about. Well this is for you:
The (in)courager community groups exist to build safe, Christ-centered, welcoming, small groups for women through the (in)courage website and social media. With a variety of topics to choose from, the groups and your co-leaders are here to serve you, just as you are and where you are, in this season. We invite you to find a place that feels comfortable, where you can kick off your shoes, snuggle into the comfy couch and share your life with like-minded, Jesus-loving women around the world.
It’s a place where you can grow in your friendships with other women and be encouraged to deepen your relationship with God. (in)courager groups will be led by a team of women who have a heart for serving. They aren’t experts, but have a willingness to walk with others and (in)courage them along the way.

Here are a few other things that may be helpful for you:
- FAQ: Our online community groups meet in many different ways from Facebook, Twitter, Skype, personal blogs, etc. So each one is a little bit different. If you have any questions be sure to visit our FAQ page, leave a question in the comments, or contact the group leader(s).
- Share it! We call our group leaders (in)couragers and use the #incouragers on Twitter to highlight any posts about our amazing groups! We’d love for you to join us in spreading the word today!
- Session 2 dates: Community groups will be open today February 12 through the weekend of April 26 which happens to be our (in)RL conference weekend. We thought that would be a great way to cap off session 2 of (in)couragers especially since our story is being featured—did you see our video sneak peek? Find it here.

::Happy dancing:: Yay! I’m so happy to be leading the working new moms group, and can’t wait to see what God is going to do in these groups this session! 🙂 Every woman needs a personal cheerleader, and (in)couragers are AWESOME at that. So grateful to be a part of this. Stacey, Crystal, Lisa Jo, and Mandy… you all rock. Thank you for opening these doors, for helping women find a place to belong, all for God’s glory. Love you girls.

All signed up for “Parenting Teens and Thriving” and so excited to be a part of this group! I really love that the leaders are in different seasons of mommyhood. I just started reading “Desperate” by Sarah Mae and Sally Clarkson, and love that Teri Lynne and Kate seem to share the same kind of mommy/mentor relationship. Looking forward to getting to know more about them and the other ladies in our group and encouraging each other as we learn how to get through those teenage years!
