Mary,
My heart resonates with so many of these snippets of stories…I will definitely have to dive deeper. Actually I’m kind of relieved Mother’s Day has passed…for all the happiness experienced, there’s just as much hurt. I had a bittersweet Mother’s Day for several reasons so I’m kinda glad it’s Monday…just being honest.
Blessings,
Bev

Here’s my story posted on Mother’s Day 2014. Born February 12, 1917, my mother lived a long and productive life … sprinkling love like bread crumbs everywhere she went!!

These are beautiful! Thanks so much for compiling them. Sometimes we are so hard on ourselves. Always wanting to be the perfect all-around mother. It can’t happen.
So I’m letting go and holding onto to and appreciating every beautiful mess we make along the way!

I appreciate the honesty in all these quotes. Motherhood isn’t always a bowl of cherries, there is a lot of hardwork and heartache that goes into it. By God’s grace we will make it.
