  1. I am so tired today. I was up wandering around the house and crying for hours last night. I feel completely overburdened, and at the same time, empty.
Thank you for this gentle reminder. I am not alone and my burden is not too heavy.

    • Shelly,
I read your comment and I just lifted you up in prayer…praying for release from your burdens and in their place a sense of peace that only Jesus can offer. Our burdens can be too big for us, but they are never too big for Him. Praying that you will be able to cast those burdens on Him and feel the lightness of Christ’s yoke. You are not alone…
      Blessings,
      Bev

  2. Father, I stand with Bev in prayer for Shelley. May she feel Your strong and loving arms holding her today.

  3. Thank you for reaching out and encouraging my weary heart this morning, may the blessings of God be with you always, Amen

    • Shelly,

Praying for you in this time of trial. May God give you the peace that transcends all understanding. Nothing is to hard for God to handle. I pray that you cast your burdens on Him for His yoke is light!

      Be Blessed My sister!! πŸ™‚

  4. I have needed rest. This has been a rough year for me dealing with issues of my aging father-that included 2 hospitalizations. God supplied that rest last week by allowing me to see the beach & just bask in Him and His glorious love. Seeing the vast ocean was calming.

Now I am asking for prayers/rest for friends of mine- Mickey and Sandra. The wife had lung cancer that turned into brain cancer and is not doing well. This week she has lost weight (down from only 100 lbs). Also the husband lost his job in mid July. These are sweet Christians. They need rest and the peace that only God can give them.

    Thanks everyone!

    • Hey Beth,
I’m so glad that you had a lovely time at the ocean. I pray for continued moments like those that are unexpected and comforting and fit so well for you. I also pray for your friends, Mickey and Sandra: for support and a deep knowledge of their belovedness and for rest and peace and healing in their Father’s hands. I pray your father also knows God with him in the midst of what he’s walking through: he is seen πŸ™‚ and you are loved too and seen!

  5. Our pastor spoke on this verse on Sunday: it was cool to see this verse being thought about in multiple places πŸ™‚

  6. I got laid off three weeks ago. I know who my Father God is, I know He will provide and take care of me and my sweet granddaughter. It doesn’t matter what I see, or feel, I know He is right here with us. Fear, depression, anxiety must leave in the name of Jesus Christ amen.

  7. I have been crying for the last 3 days I feel so alone so hurt after finding out some disturbing things in my home. Three days of loneliness, fear, despair but this verse has encouraged me knowing that I am not alone that God loves me and He is with me. I do need to make some decicions and I need the Holy Spirit to guide me.

  8. Heb. 4:16 “Let us, therefore, come boldly to the throne of God that we may
obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” If you are in a stressful
place today, stop now and tell God. Because ultimately He is the answer to our
prayers, meeting with Him is the beginning of your answer.
