  1. I am so excited about this!!! I have followed Ann’s blog for awhile and am amazed at her insight and wisdom.
I don’t want to take away from your book sales but did want to say that One Thousand Gifts is available as an e- book. I downloaded it last week and it is life changing. I am very much looking forward to reading through it with a community.

  2. I am in Australia. Does the deal with Dayspring apply internationally. I love Ann’s book. I bought it for my Kindle as soon as it was available. But it is the kind of book I feel the need to be able to touch and flip the pages back and forth. So just today I purchased two copies from Amazon. One to keep and one to give away. I plan to loan out the copy I am keeping. I will look forward to your discussions about this lovely, inspirng book.

    • Hey Jennifer,

I wish it did, but unfortunately it does not. And I know just what you mean – it’s definitely the kind of book one wants to be able to mark up with a pen and highlighters!

  3. YAY!!!! This was on my book list! I can’t wait to share experience it with others! I knew God would find a way to pull me out of my hopeless feeling this morning. I praise God for Incourage and Ann and this new book club!!!!

  4. Oh I am looking forward to this!! I am just waiting for my bank points to add up so I can get my Amazon gift card REWARDS to purchase the book. It should be within the next week or two. HOPEFULLY, I will have it by the time we start the first discussion. If not, I’ll just have to catch up. Looking forward to reading this book in community!!! 🙂

  5. Woohoo! Ordered my book AND a sponsor book; hoping to get some of my girlfriends in on this too. Can’t WAIT to get started. FedEx man, hurry with my book!

  6. I ordered the book on Amazon on December 11 and still don’t have a delivery date. Does anyone know when Amazon will be shipping out the book?

p.s. can’t wait to be part of book club. 🙂

    • I JUST got an email in the last day or two from Amazon. I ordered mine on Dec. 21st. It said that I should receive my copy between Jan. 21 and Jan. 24th. Maybe yours will come sooner?? 🙂 Hope so! Can’t wait to get mine!

  7. can’t wait for this to begin! I have been looking forward to reading this book and feel that I will get even more out of it by reading in community with others!! so excited!!

  8. Ordered Ann’s book last week to take to take to the beach next week on my getaway with my husband. I’ve been so blessed and challenged by Ann’s blog and was so excited to read her book…..have never joined a book club but this might be too hard to resist. Looking forward to it.Thanks!!!

  9. eeek….giddy here. my book shipped today, as well.
can’t wait to have ann’s precious, Spirit-led words in my hands
and looking forward to joining in on the discussion here!

  10. Pre-ordered Ann’s book last week and can’t wait to get it in my hands! Im thrilled about this opportunity to discuss it with other women!!

  11. I also pre-ordered Ann’s book and am excited to discuss with you all!

Yay, Bloom and (in)Courage for this amazing partnership! I can’t wait to see all the souls that begin to blossom!!! (pun intended) :0)

  12. I heard about this book first from Marybeth Whalen’s blog – it was one of her top ten books to read this year. Then about a week later Marybeth Whalen also mentioned Ann’s name in another blog post about giving each year a name. So after these two blog posts I did a quick search and discovered Ann’s blog. I had already added this book as a must read for myself this year and was so excited to see it was chosen as the new book for this book club (which I also just recently found out about).

I just ordered my book this morning and cannot wait for it to get here and start reading! And then I am really eager to get involved with the discussions as well!

And thank you and Dayspring for the great offer on the book!

  13. I’m SO excited, I just finished a great book and was looking for another read…so thanks for this! I can’t wait to be a part of the community 🙂

  14. Ladies: I am so excited about this book, book-club, and year! Thank you Dayspring for partnering up with Bloom.

    …Prayers, and XO

  15. Soooo excited, can’t wait to get my book! (pre-ordered it already!) I’m LOVING Ann’s blog…so beautifully written and extremely encouraging!!
    (Thanks Angie for introducing her!)

  16. I can hardly wait to get this book I’m saving my swagbucks so I can get it. I hope that I’ll be able to get it next month . I’m looking forward to reading it.

  17. Actually I’m disappointed that the book club will focus on videos. As I’m deaf, I won’t be able to fully understand the discussions on the videos.

  18. I just bought the books for me and my mom (I’m gonna give it to her on Valentine’s Day!)

    Blessings!

  19. Great. I’d pre-ordered this book after reading the first chapter through Amazon. Should be getting here shortly. Looking forward to this!

  20. If you live outside the US can you still buy one and give one even though you don’t get free shipping?

  21. Just a thought for those who can’t afford the book, since there are only a limited number of free books. Most local libraries will order any books you request if it’s not one they already have. (The only time our library didn’t order something for me was when it was an expensive item and it was the end of the year so their budget was low. But since it’s just the beginning of the year you might be able to special request the book from your library).

  22. I can’t seem to get the coupon code to work…will it show it to take off the shipping before the order goes through?

  23. Cannot seem to get the code to work for free shipping when I order two books for myself. Any info on this? Thanks.

  24. i bought this book on my Kindle yesterday and i had no idea about this book club until my friend told me today. she is also joining in on this fun. so i decided to join too. i’ve already read up to chapter 4.
    i LOVE it so far!

  25. Hello!
I meet with a group of teachers for a book group, and we want to share One Thousand Gifts; however, is there a way we can share the book at a later time and save the videos to view then? Thank you.

  26. this may be a silly question as i can’t find the answer for myself, but do we read the first chapter before the video with Ann in feb? or do we watch and then start reading? i have never done this before so please forgive my naivety!

  27. I have two schedules that I saved. One is Sun and Wed for videos and one is just Sundays. Is it the just Sunday schedule? Thanks so much, got my book today and am very thankful for it.

  28. Jessica, some ladies from my church are doing a book study/club with Ann’s book, One Thousand Gifts, starting in January 2012. Is there any way to access the videos you did with her back in Jan/Feb of 2011 so we can watch them when we do her book together? Sorry to bother you with this question, but I’m not able to figure this out! Thanks so much and Merry Christmas! Jenny C.
