Let us start by promising you that nothing you’re about to read is an April Fool’s Day joke! That’s not our style — and we’re way too excited about these announcements to sneak anything tricky in here!
(in)courage will turn 7 years old this year. You’ve been with us from the first blog post, through book clubs and (in)RL events, and for the past year we’ve been watching behind the scenes as God has opened doors for the (in)courage community to continue to grow.
Believe me, we have A LOT we can’t wait to tell you!
But for today, we have just a few fun announcements we wanted to share with you.
(in)courage Meetups — What’s that? Oh you know . . . we’re just going to have several events this year where we’ll get to meet YOU — in person! We know (in)RL has been so missed, but we’re so honored that God would allow us the opportunity to partner with several LifeWay Women’s events to host meetups. Bring your girlfriends, meet some of our regular contributors, and find yourself among friends. Our first event will be held in Reading, PA on Friday, April 22nd (the night before Priscilla Shirer’s simulcast event). You can head here to RSVP — tickets are free but space is limited so be sure to reserve a spot! We’ll share sign-ups for the rest of the event locations closer to the date of the meetup. We can’t WAIT to meet you!
New (in)courage Look — In the next few weeks you might notice a little redecorating happening around this corner of the internet. The talented and creative design team at DaySpring is working hard to create a beautiful new space for you to enjoy when you come to the pages of incourage.me. We’re keeping everything you love, adding some features we know will make you smile, and hopefully creating a place where you can come, just as you are, and be encouraged.
HomeLife Magazine — Do you subscribe to LifeWay’s HomeLife Magazine? If you do, you may have noticed a special section in the magazine this year featuring (in)courage! We love HomeLife’s dedication to offering biblical and practical counsel that champions life-changing discipleship, dynamic marriages, and effective parenting. Each month you’ll find one of your favorite (in)courage authors sharing hope and encouragement — just one more way God is allowing us to love others through our words! For information on how to order HomeLife, visit lifeway.com/homelife.
(in)courage connection — Want to make sure you never miss an announcement? Do you love (in)courage so much you wish you had a way to get all the latest news and updates right in your inbox? Wish you could be the first to sign up for new opportunities to encourage others? Well, we have JUST the thing — why not sign up for our “(in)courage connection” newsletter list? On an as-yet-to-be-determined schedule you’ll receive all the awesome news and notes about what God is doing here at (in)courage. You won’t find some of these announcements on the blog, so if you like to be “(in) the know” — this is for you! See what we did there? {{grin}} Sign up here!

And that’s the truth and nothing but the truth! This next season at (in)courage is going to be such a blessing because of all of you who so generously share your hearts and prayers and stories on these pages and in the comments. You have helped us create a community of like-hearted women who love Jesus and love others, and we can’t wait to see what God does this year!
