  1. Thank you, Grace. I appreciate the devotions you write and this one is particularly great for me. I need to search for God first, go to him in prayer, and listen to him. Matthew 6:33 is my favorite, seek first the kingdom of God. Thanks, Deb

  2. Amen \0/ Thank you Grace
I pray for wisdom everyday…sometimes every second!
I am sooo grateful for the wise women God has placed in my life xoxox
    God is good.
    Blessings sisters

  3. I’ve felt this in my life for sometime now. A pull to God over the “wisdom” one can find in this world. It’s so easy to get caught up in enjoying the luxury of having all this information at our fingertips, or in self help books, blogs, etc. But this information readily available in the world pales in comparison in the wisdom we can find soaking in the presence of our Lord. You truly never know what he would like to reveal to you, but it requires empty hands, a surrendered and trusting heart and your eyes on Him alone.

  4. Grace,

When I have a question my hubby usually says “Google it” (ha ha). So often people try to find/figure out answers to their trials or situations. When nothing else works they say “I’ve tried everything else I guess all that’s left is prayer”. Why don’t we start with prayer? God is omniscience after all. Why not go to the source of ALL knowledge? Often when people are dealing with trials & ask for prayer I petition God to send them a discerning mind to know His will.

    Blessings 🙂

  5. I pray for God’s wisdom to deal with difficult relationships, trusting God and not letting them continue to steal my joy! Thank you!

  6. Saw this verse this morning and wanted to add it. 🙂

“For those who have been chosen to follow him, both Jews and Greeks, he is God’s mighty power, God’s true wisdom, and our Messiah. For the “foolish” things of God have proven to be wiser than human wisdom. And the “feeble” things of God have proven to be far more powerful than any human ability.” 1 Cor 1:24-25
