  1. Dorina, I love what you wrote and very thankful your daughter is growing in the Lord. As you are well aware, tough times can make us or break us. The answer is depending on God to give us His strength to get through. I previously went through breast cancer nightmare; and it metastazied into bone cancer which I am now dealing with. I don’t know “why” ; but God uses me to encourage others as you have done since your loss. By the way, I went on a hot air balloon ride to celebrate my 50th birthday & God’s creation is so cool from being in the sky.. how about you & your daughter enjoy that? By the way I am now 86. God’s blessings to you & your family!

  2. Words of science, hard reality of getting out of bed, the freedom of littles abandoned joy in the early hours, colors of sunrise & colorful balloons to paint the picture of our growing toward Jesus in the fires of life. Such beauty on every level! Blessings! Thank you for sharing your insights! (((0)))

  3. Beautiful. Life challenges can be stepping stones to newer and higher opportunities; as well as deeper growth in His Love, Grace, and Mercy.

  4. Dorina,

I’ve been a Christian as long as I can remember. It wasn’t until about 2008-2009 while at Blue Springs Christian that the concept of a relationship with Christ was made fully known to me. Fast forward to 2016 when my trials with dads psych issues showed up. We put him in gero psych ward at hospital. That was the catalyst I needed to get my eyes turning toward Jesus. Many days were spent in hospital lobby crying crocodile tears & asking for relief. Dad was healed a month later, but a year later he went back again this time he died there. Through those trials my faith & trust muscles grew. Now I can trust God implicitly.

    Blessings 🙂
