  1. I’m cheering you on in your pursuit of your Masters in Theology! More importantly, I’m praying for each of us in the (in)courage family to bloom…bringing God Glory.

  2. I so needed this today! With all the evil that is making itself prevalent in the world today, I realize that staying so much in my comfort zone at home, I have let myself go dormant…living the safety of status quo. Your words “Comfort isn’t always the haven we think it is. Sometimes it is a tomb” really struck a cord in me. I have entombed myself since covid really, and I feel like a withered old plant instead of a beautiful bloom! Bless you, Michele! Your post has so feed my heart today, with much needed fertilizer!

  3. Oh my! You took me back a few years ago when I decided to go to college for the first time at the age of 64. I had no specific reason for doing so, other than to prove something to myself.
I enjoyed every minute. There were professors that were my age and a few that were younger but I was never made to feel less than.
I applaude you for your new journey. You will be left the better for it. I know I was.

  4. Good for you, Michele!

I’m praying for you right now. It’s certainly not easy, but take it step-by-step.

Also, I’d love to know where you hope to end up on this journey? Teaching, pastoring, writing, so many options!

  5. Michel,,

Prayers for you as you go for your MA/MS in theology. May God give you the wisdom you need to flourish.

We all need to grow spiritually & mentally. I volunteer with Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry each Friday. This gives me the opportunity to meet new volunteers, some of our clients. It’s shining God’s light in my corner of the world. Also am doing a Bible study at church Sunday nights. It is helping me grow & learn new things. God expects us to grow & learn so that we can teach others.

    Blessings 🙂
