“Your words were found, and I ate them.
Your words became a delight to me
and the joy of my heart,
for I bear your name,
Lord God of Armies.”
Jeremiah 15:16 CSB
Read today’s Scripture slowly. Read it again.
Now let it turn our hearts to prayer.
Lord God,
Please fill me with Your Word.
Satisfy me with Your wisdom, truth, and love.
Woo and convict my heart with Your great redemption story.
May Your words be my joy and my delight — sweeter than any dessert I could crave.
Thank You for allowing me to bear Your name, to be made in Your image.
You created me to hear Your voice. I am listening.
Yes, Lord, help me listen.
Amen.

In Courage,
God isn’t interested in showy prayers laden with a lot of flowery words. I often pray “search me O Lord and know my anxious heart. Test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me and lead me in the way everlasting.” Now I will add “Jesus fill me with your word. Satisfy me with your wisdom, truth and love.” AMEN

Excellent lovely true words in today reading. God word is so good to study and then pleace in our hearts to live by. It teaches us how to live properly as follower of his. It shows us when we are not living right for God as well. So as we can change. As we read Lamentation 3 v 23-24. It says They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness. The Lord is my portion. Says my soul. Therefore I hope in Him. How true that is. It gives us the believer that hope. Thank you for the reading today.
