Oh, Deidra! I loved this! What a happy, joyous moment for you and this sweet friend. A marvelous miracle indeed!
WOW, that’s all just WOW
Simply beautiful.
I love it when we recognize the moments of comfort and peace as the miracles that they are!
Sure, I believe in big ones too: the parting of the red sea, the loved one cured of cancer, the whisper to a father to run out in the orchard where he found his son being dragged by a horse. All definitely miracles, gifts from a loving Father.
But, when he changes my heart, or comforts my sorrows, when he helps me forgive, when he fills my soul with the knowledge that my offering is acceptable to him, when he speaks to my soul in ways that confirm His reality, those are the best kind of miracles. Sacred and soul satisfying and sweet.
Beautiful…I know exactly how she feels.
Nothing clumsy about this. It was completely a divine orchestration. Beautiful! It made me smile as I read the tale unfolding. Thanks for writing this, Deidra. SUCH an encouragement!
Yes, yes! The heavens really did open up, didn’t they? And He rained down with Living Water.
Beautiful, Deidra.
Amazing! God is so amazing!
This story brings me so much happiness today, on this dark, rainy day!

So beautiful Deidra! And especially on this rainy day – God is so amazing!
That was truly beautiful! Praise God for rain!
Miracles everywhere.
The two of you. Knowing each other in the first place. Learning together… in your home. The same song sung in sadness. The mingled tears when her declaration is made. The baptism.
Miracles everywhere.
